AFX2 T3D101 Bugs: Switch To Basic Lighting Crash

When running the Classic Hovel Camp level, or any level containing the cottage2.dif interior, AFXDemo will crash when switching to Basic Lighting.
This same problem has been verified to occur in stock T3D 1.0.1 if the cottage2.dif interior is added to a T3D project.
Currently there is no known fix, nor is it known to occur with interior assets other than cottage2.dif. Right now, the only real workaround is the obvious one. Avoid using the cottage2.dif interior asset if you'll be switching to Basic Lighting.
